We are thrilled to introduce ‘Lucky’ – our new tuk tuk – to the team!
Lucky the tuk tuk will enable us to reach and empower more women and girls in Siem Reap, by safely transferring clients and participants to and from the center to access our programs. Lucky will also support us with our outreach activities like following up with women in the villages and conducting surveys, or transporting supplies for workshops in schools.
We just have to do a few more things before we take Lucky out on the road. This includes:
- Registering Lucky with authorities
- Hiring a women driver and daytime security guard
- Hiring a nighttime security guard
- Painting Lucky our WRC green with our logo
